Early riser or Night Owl?
Night Owl, but to be completely honest I could fall asleep any time of the day given opportunity
Would you rather - trainers or shoes?
Totally converse rather than heels
Holiday in – Paris or NY?
As a huge pastry fan I have to say France, though I'd probably come back rolling instead of walking
Coffee - Black or White?
Switching between total opposites of V60 and Mochas, I'm a proper chocolate addict
Next travel - Sydney or Tokyo?
Sydney, Australia has been on my list for ages
Choose one - Books or Netflix?
Netflix has been a great lock down companion, but in general I'll go for books, proper paperback ones

Sea, got into habit of cold dipping in Irish sea when living in Dublin for a while and I miss it so much!
Live in the Swinging 60’s or Punk 1980’s?
60's for sure, I'd make a great flower child!

Sorry for not being environmental but I'll go for a car as there' s nothing better than little road trips or singing out loud without anyone being able to hear ya
Retire to the countryside or by the sea?
Depends on what's the weather like, if not too hot then by the sea, otherwise the countryside is a winner

If you could speak another language what would it be?
Some Nordic one, maybe Icelandic
Which is more important, increasing people's standard of living, or protecting the environment?
Probably protecting environment as if we don't do much better on that front then there will be no standards of living to save pretty soon, without a healthy planet to live on
Who do you think is more responsible for pollution, individual people or the government?
Government, people can do great with recycling, reducing single use packaging or animal products consumption but it's still not enough unless government decides to actively fight against deforestation, whales hunting, air pollution and other huge problems individuals are just not able to fight themselves without a proper backup from countries officials
What should we do to increase the awareness about environmental pollution?
I believe in this era of social media the easiest way to get people's attention is to use influential people individuals look up to, celebrities, famous environmentalists, simply those people will listen to. I feel like a great example would be David Attenborough's documentary on Netflix as that one probably had quite an impact on anyone who watched it, at least I was pretty depressed even a week after watching it and it certainly made me make some changes in my every day life
HOW DO YOU BREW YOUR COFFEE?
Before I started to work in coffee I used to use a capsule based espresso machine, luckily those days are over and now I'm a V60 person
