Yirgacheffe is part of the Sidamo region, it's sub-divided into it's own trademarked micro-region due to it's exceptional coffees from small holders. The quality of Yirgacheffe coffee has allowed it to become as well-known characteristics with the best Sidama coffees. Mild fruit flavours, a bright acidity and a smooth taste are some of it's features.
This particular coffee comes a long way from Oromia, region of Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia. It was processed at the Hadeed Washing Station in Addis Adaba - the capital and brought to London by Kamba Coffee Importers.
