When we think about Colombia, we imagine the romanticism of a warm climate. We think of sugarcane, toffee, and milk chocolate.
Even though Colombia ships around 840,000 tonnes of coffee around the world, coffee is actually not native to Colombia! It's also the second most bio diverse country in the world, and has been reported to be the happiest place on planet earth. Global warming has seen a significant change across Colombia, bringing challenges to coffee production with earthquakes and landslides, and yet despite that, their commitment to quality remains paramount.
Back for a second time, the Inza District is tasting better than ever packed full of sweetness, stone fruits and a syrupy mouthfeel.
