The flag bearer of flying horse coffee, our seasonally changing blend provides an opportunity to taste an array of coffees from some of the finest producers globally.
The base of this blend is from Pocos de Caldas, Brazil. Grown on rolling hills and lower altitude mountains, giving this natural processed coffee it’s own unique character.
The micro climate of San Ignacio in the Cajamarca region of Peru, is known for growing coffee beans with high sweetnes, giving this Peruvian beauty amazing notes of dried fruit notes.
The coffee farms of El Tanque, EL Salvador are located amongst the rich volcanic soils of the San Salvador volcano range, bringing notes of Caramel and roasted nuts.
