SHIPPING & RETURNS

Free shipping

Free UK delivery over £15. All other destinations are calculated based on weight at checkout. We offer click & collect and deliver local orders on foot (a member if our team will literally run your coffee to your house within a 5km radius of the roastery). For local deliveries please select 'contact free' delivery at checkout and make a note of your 'safe place' so we can leave deliveries if you are not home. We are not responsible for deliveries that go missing from designated safe places.

Returns

If you’d like to return your item for a refund, please get in touch stating your name, order number and the reason for return. Returns must be made within a 30 day period starting from when the order was received and the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn/unused and in the original packaging. We will not cover the delivery cost of returning unwanted goods. Although we’re unable to accept returns for coffee, if you’re unhappy with your purchase please let us know and we’ll try to help you the best way possible. 

Damaged goods

If the item is faulty or damaged, please get in touch stating your name, order number and the condition of the item. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement, refund or to discuss other viable alternatives. 

Subscriptions 

Subscriptions can be cancelled and adjusted from your customer portal. Subscriptions are shipped in letterbox friendly packaging wherever they can be. If you have any problems with your subscription please contact us at info@flyinghorsecoffee with your name and details of your request.
