Cancellation policy

Subscription Pricing

Flying Horse Coffee subscribers receive 10% off the current retail price of eligible coffee products, unless otherwise specified.

Our subscription prices are not fixed indefinitely and may be adjusted from time to time to reflect changes in our retail pricing and the costs associated with sourcing, roasting, packaging and delivering our coffee.

Where we make changes to an existing subscription price, we will notify affected customers by email in advance, clearly stating the new price and when it will take effect.

Cancellation & Flexibility

Subscriptions renew automatically at the customer's selected frequency until cancelled.

Customers are free to cancel their subscription at any time without a cancellation fee. If a customer does not wish to continue at an updated subscription price, they may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Cancellations will prevent future orders and charges but will not automatically cancel orders already processed.

Subscription Discount

The standard 10% subscription discount applies to the current retail price and will continue to apply when retail prices are updated, unless otherwise clearly agreed with the customer.
